Welcome to Sage and Lily Blooms! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the services provided by us. The first proposal provided by Sage and Lily Blooms is $45. Any subsequent proposals requested by the Client will incur an additional fee of $45 to cover the time and cost associated with the proposal preparation.
All sales of fresh flowers and materials are final. Due to the nature of the products we provide, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the transaction is completed.
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve your wedding day. This deposit is credited towards your final cost. The deposit must be paid in full before the wedding date can be reserved.
In the event of a change in the wedding date, an additional non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is required to secure a new date, subject to availability. This additional deposit does not contribute to the final total cost.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than one month before the wedding date. Failure to settle the final balance by the specified date will result in Sage and Lily Blooms not providing the flowers for the wedding.
Once delivered, flowers are the responsibility of the Client. Sage and Lily Blooms is not liable for any damage to the flowers that occurs after delivery.
In the event of cancellation, the Client agrees to pay 10% of the total wedding cost. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
At Sage and Lily Blooms, we take pride in delivering the finest product. Every effort will be made to provide high-quality and fresh flowers for your wedding day.
Sage and Lily Blooms reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, unforeseen circumstances, inability to fulfill the order, or other extenuating circumstances. In such cases, the Company will promptly notify the Client and refund any paid deposits or fees.
Sage and Lily Blooms retains full creative power. The company will take inspiration pictures provided by the Client and turn them into something unique and in our style, while ensuring to invoke the feel and environment desired by the Client.
Clients engaging Sage and Lily Blooms for floral design services agree not to engage other florists or use artificial or DIY arrangements that conflict with Sage and Lily Blooms designs. All design decisions are at the discretion of Sage and Lily Blooms. Any deviation from this agreement must be discussed and approved by Sage and Lily Blooms in writing.
Life gets hectic, and we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. At Sage and Lily Blooms, we value your time and ours. When you need to reschedule a consultation last minute, we're here to accommodate you, but we also reserve that time specifically for you.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation, we kindly request a rescheduling fee of $50. This fee helps us cover the cost of preparing for your appointment and ensures that we can continue to provide exceptional service to all our clients.
Your initial consultation appointment booking is free of charge, as we believe in making the first step towards your goals as seamless as possible. Subsequent consultations rescheduled within our policy will incur the $50 fee.
